Join us for a 6 week boot camp for $99 that incorporates martial arts techniques, high intensity interval training, weights, balance, and stretching into an all-inclusive program that will get results!
Attendees will track goals and progress throughout the program, discuss nutrition tips, enjoy camaraderie with classmates, and do some killer workouts!
